Plaça de les dones del 36 – Solar Panel Structures: CSWall System
In August 2019, we installed 31 Trina Solar panels with 330W of power, totaling an installed power of 10.23kW, in the Plaza de les Dones del 36 in Barcelona. It was a public tender from the Barcelona City Council. As it was a facade where a coplanar system was to be installed on the wall, the CSWall photovoltaic structure system was used.
The strengths of the CSWall structural system for solar panels are:
- The coplanar-to-wall design: it is fully integrated with the building.
- Fixing flange with length equal to the panel: gives uniformity to the system.
- Direct fixing to the beam of the photovoltaic structure: perfect for facades with exposed brick.
- Simple assembly. Optional lacquering.
